Legal & Service Terms
Terms of Service.
Effective Date: September 30, 2026 | Revised: October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase, request, and use of services provided by inimeG Solutions LLC (“inimeG Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, requesting, or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services
inimeG Solutions provides funding research, opportunity analysis, eligibility and requirements analysis, application preparation support, business guidance, and related AI-assisted services.
Funding services may include our Free Funding Notification service, $49 Funding Match, $149 Grant Support, $499 Application Support, and other services described on our website or in a separate written agreement. Separate government-contracting decision reviews and AI workflow audit services are governed by their published service descriptions and any applicable written scope.
The exact work performed depends on the service requested or purchased, information supplied by the Client, the requirements of the applicable funding opportunity, and any separately agreed scope of work.
2. Free Funding Notification
The Free Funding Notification service allows a prospective client to provide basic information about a business, organization, project, or funding need so that inimeG Solutions may identify potentially relevant funding opportunities.
If we identify an opportunity that appears potentially relevant based on the information reasonably available to us, we may notify the prospective client and provide enough information to identify the opportunity or explain an appropriate next step.
3. Funding Match — $49
Funding Match is a research-focused service designed to identify potentially relevant funding opportunities based on information supplied by the Client.
The service may include:
- Personalized funding research, surfacing up to five prioritized potential opportunities;
- Up to three detailed opportunity reports for the strongest potential matches;
- Preliminary eligibility assessment;
- Identification of important requirements or considerations;
- Prioritization of potentially relevant opportunities;
- Recommended next steps; and
- Up to three human reviews within the purchased Funding Match scope. These are internal quality reviews, not three separate client revision rounds.
4. Grant Support — $149
Grant Support provides a deeper review of up to five identified funding opportunities. Opportunities may have been identified through the Client’s $49 Funding Match, the Client’s own research, or another source.
The service may include:
- Deeper review of up to five identified funding opportunities;
- Review of important eligibility and program requirements using available source information;
- Identification of important information, documentation, registration, or other readiness gaps;
- Action checklists for issues that should be addressed before pursuing an opportunity;
- Comparison of reviewed opportunities based on documented requirements and Client information;
- Suggested pursuit order based on evidence, requirements, deadlines, and gaps; and
- Related guidance within the purchased service scope.
5. Application Support — $499
Application Support provides preparation support for one specific funding application identified by the Client.
The service may include:
- Review of the specific funding opportunity and application requirements;
- Organization of application requirements, deadlines, and required materials;
- Identification of missing or incomplete application information;
- Drafting, development, and refinement support for applicable written responses and narrative content within scope;
- Organization or review of project, budget, timeline, and other application information provided by the Client; and
- Final readiness review of prepared application materials within scope.
Application Complexity and Additional Scope
Funding applications vary substantially in length, complexity, technical requirements, financial requirements, supporting documentation, partner requirements, and specialized subject matter.
After reviewing the Client’s intake information, official opportunity requirements, and available application materials, inimeG Solutions may determine that portions of an application require work materially beyond the scope reasonably included in the purchased Application Support service.
Examples may include:
- Unusually extensive or numerous narrative requirements;
- Complex technical, scientific, engineering, or research documentation;
- Development of extensive financial models or specialized financial materials;
- Multiple partner, subrecipient, collaborator, or consortium packages;
- Extensive supporting-document development;
- Specialized legal, accounting, engineering, scientific, or other professional work;
- Major development work unrelated to preparation of the identified funding application; or
- Other requirements materially expanding the work beyond the purchased service.
If additional work is identified, inimeG Solutions will not undertake separately chargeable out-of-scope work without informing the Client. Any additional service, expanded scope, or fee must be separately agreed to before that work is performed.
A determination that part of an application is outside the purchased scope does not eliminate the Client’s right to receive the work and deliverables included within the service already purchased, except where the order is declined or refunded under Section 14.1 and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Client Information and Cooperation
The Client is responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of the Client’s knowledge and for responding reasonably to requests for clarification, corrected information, or supporting materials necessary to perform the purchased service.
inimeG Solutions may rely on information supplied by the Client when performing research, analysis, drafting, preparation, and other services.
If information is incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unavailable, we may request clarification or additional information. Such circumstances may delay completion or limit the analysis or assistance that can reasonably be provided.
Incomplete intake may result in closure of the order and a full refund under Section 7A of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Client Responsibility for Final Application
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, the Client remains responsible for:
- Reviewing all application information and materials;
- Confirming factual accuracy;
- Reviewing eligibility and official requirements;
- Making certifications, representations, attestations, and legally required acknowledgments;
- Maintaining required registrations and accounts;
- Authorizing the final contents of an application; and
- Submitting the application through the official funding source or application portal.
inimeG Solutions does not require or request Client passwords, one-time authentication codes, banking credentials, payment-card credentials, government-portal passwords, or similar authentication credentials in order to provide ordinary funding-support services.
8. No Guarantee of Funding
inimeG Solutions does not guarantee that a Client will qualify for, receive, or be awarded any grant, contract, loan, investment, prize, or other funding opportunity.
Funding decisions are made by the applicable government agency, foundation, corporation, lender, investor, competition administrator, or other funding organization.
Research, eligibility analysis, application support, identification of an opportunity, or a funding notification does not constitute a representation that the Client qualifies for or will receive funding.
9. Third-Party Funding Information
Funding opportunities and requirements may originate from government agencies, foundations, corporations, databases, funding organizations, or other third parties.
Program information, deadlines, eligibility requirements, award amounts, application procedures, and other requirements may be changed, corrected, suspended, withdrawn, or interpreted by the applicable funding organization.
inimeG Solutions seeks to use authoritative sources when reasonably available, but the official funding source controls its own requirements and decisions.
10. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools
inimeG Solutions may use artificial intelligence, automation, software platforms, databases, and other technology to assist with research, analysis, organization, drafting, workflow management, opportunity identification, and service delivery.
Artificial-intelligence-generated or automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete interpretations. inimeG Solutions may use human review and authoritative-source verification as appropriate to the service, but the Client remains responsible for final review and verification before submission.
11. Professional Services Limitation
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing and provided by an appropriately qualified professional, inimeG Solutions does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, engineering, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Funding-support services may identify requirements involving those subjects, but identification or organization of such requirements does not constitute professional advice in those fields.
12. Fees and Payment
Prices displayed on the website apply to the service described at the time of purchase unless a different price or scope is agreed to in writing.
Payment may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment processor. Payment-card information submitted directly through a payment processor is handled according to that provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Additional work outside the scope of a purchased service will not be charged merely because it is identified. Any additional paid work requires a separate agreement or purchase.
13. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the inimeG Solutions Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless a different written term applies to a particular service, a Client may request cancellation within 24 consecutive hours from the original time of purchase.
A valid cancellation request received within that period qualifies for a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.
The cancellation period does not restart, pause, or extend because the Client later completes an intake form, submits documents, corrects information, or continues the service process.
Work may begin during the 24-hour cancellation period without shortening that period or eliminating the Client’s right to a timely full refund.
After 24 consecutive hours, the ordinary cancellation period has expired and payments are non-refundable except as provided in Sections 7, 7A, 7B, and 11 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy, these Terms, a controlling separate written agreement, and applicable law.
The Refund & Cancellation Policy also addresses orders we cannot accept or perform, materially late delivery, incomplete intake, billing errors, discretionary refunds, and materially defective deliverables.
Expiration of the ordinary cancellation period does not eliminate the Client’s right to receive the services included in the purchased scope, provided the Client supplies information reasonably necessary for performance.
13A. Billing Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at info@inimegsolutions.com before disputing it with your bank or card issuer so we can try to resolve it promptly.
Contacting us first is encouraged but is not a condition of exercising any dispute, chargeback, or other right available under applicable law or payment-card rules.
If a dispute is filed, you authorize us, to the extent permitted by law, to provide relevant transaction records to the payment processor, card network, financial institution, or dispute-resolution provider.
Such records may include these Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy version in effect at purchase, available policy acceptance records, transaction records, intake records, delivery records, and relevant communications.
We will limit disclosed information to what is reasonably necessary for the dispute and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
14. Delivery and Communications
14.1 Order Acceptance and Start of Delivery Period
Payment confirms a purchase but does not, by itself, establish that all required intake information has been received or that the requested scope and deadline have been accepted.
After checkout, the Client must complete the intake applicable to the purchased service. We review the information, assess service fit and feasibility, and confirm order acceptance and the applicable delivery schedule.
The delivery period begins only after the order has been accepted and all reasonably required intake information has been received, subject to the business-day calculation rules in Section 14.2.
If the requested service cannot be accepted, or we determine that the requested work falls outside the purchased service, we will communicate the reason and refund the full amount paid as provided in Section 7.1 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If complete intake information is not received within 30 calendar days after purchase, we will send at least one reminder. If intake remains incomplete 10 calendar days after that reminder, we may close the order and issue a full refund under Section 7A of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14.2 Delivery Targets, Business Days, and Deadline Calculations
For accepted orders with complete required intake information, the published initial delivery targets are:
- Funding Match — $49: five (5) business days.
- Grant Support — $149: ten (10) business days.
- Application Support — $499: fourteen (14) business days for initial deliverables.
These are service delivery targets, not guarantees of a funding award, application acceptance, or completion before a third-party deadline. A specific confirmed delivery date or separately agreed written schedule governs where applicable, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Business Days and Business Hours
Business Day means Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
Business Hours means 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time on Business Days, observing daylight saving time where applicable. We are ordinarily closed on weekends and United States federal holidays.
For acceptance, intake processing, and delivery scheduling, information or materials received outside Business Hours enter the processing schedule at 9:00 AM on the next Business Day.
This scheduling convention does not change the actual timestamp at which a Client’s communication or materials were received.
The first full Business Day following both order acceptance and receipt of complete required intake information is Day 1 of the applicable initial delivery period.
A deadline measured in Business Days expires at 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the final Business Day.
Elapsed-Time Periods
The 24-hour purchase cancellation period and the 72-hour included revision request window are measured in consecutive elapsed hours. Both include evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-Business Hours.
A cancellation or revision request received within its applicable period is timely even if received outside Business Hours. Business Hours determine when we ordinarily review and respond to requests, not whether the requests were timely submitted.
The incomplete-intake periods and the material defect reporting period are measured in calendar days, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delays and Schedule Changes
If information necessary for performance is missing, contradictory, or materially changed, or an external dependency creates a material delay, we will notify the Client, explain what is needed, and confirm any reasonable schedule adjustment.
A revised estimate does not, by itself, waive or remove the Client’s cancellation, refund, or other rights.
If initial substantive deliverables are not sent within five Business Days after the applicable published delivery target, the Client may request cancellation and a full refund under Section 7.2 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to the exceptions described there.
14.3 Electronic Delivery and Verification
Deliverables are ordinarily sent electronically to the email address designated by the Client.
We may use internal quality checks and scheduled sending processes. Scheduling a message does not mean the deliverable has been sent.
The actual electronic delivery timestamp is the time the substantive deliverable is sent or otherwise made accessible to the Client.
We will use the actual delivery timestamp, not a draft or scheduled-send timestamp, to calculate the 72-hour revision window and the 30-calendar-day material defect reporting period.
The delivery timestamp is not rounded to the next Business Day merely because delivery occurred outside standard Business Hours.
A sent-message record does not establish that the Client opened or actually accessed the message. Clients should monitor their designated inbox, including spam or junk folders, and contact us promptly if an expected delivery is missing.
An empty file, inaccessible document, or placeholder notice alone does not constitute substantive initial delivery.
14.4 Revisions and Clarifications
Each purchased funding service includes the following Client clarification or revision opportunity:
- Funding Match ($49): One consolidated clarification request concerning the delivered Funding Match report.
- Grant Support ($149): One consolidated revision round concerning deliverables within the purchased Grant Support scope.
- Application Support ($499): One consolidated revision round on the application materials included in the purchased scope.
To use an included clarification or revision, the Client must submit consolidated written feedback within 72 consecutive hours after the actual electronic delivery timestamp.
The 72-hour period runs through weekends, holidays, and non-Business Hours.
The window does not begin when a delivery email is merely drafted or scheduled.
A clarification or revision is limited to the purchased scope and does not include new research, additional funding opportunities, new applications, or other out-of-scope work.
We will review timely reported delivery failures or access problems fairly. A documented failure to deliver or make the materials accessible may require correction of the delivery record and resulting response window.
This revision window is separate from the 24-hour purchase cancellation period, does not extend it, and does not limit rights provided by law.
14.5 Material Defects and Correction
A Client may report a suspected material defect within 30 calendar days after actual electronic delivery.
A material defect may include a missing, inaccessible, materially incomplete, or materially nonconforming deliverable when measured against the purchased service description.
The Client should identify the affected deliverable and explain the specific material failure in writing.
We will review the report and, if a material failure is substantiated and can reasonably be corrected, provide an appropriate correction within the purchased scope.
The material defect reporting process is separate from the 72-hour included revision window. It does not provide additional preference-based revisions, new research, expanded services, or additional opportunities.
The 30-calendar-day reporting procedure does not eliminate or shorten any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
14.6 Client Communications
Clients are responsible for monitoring their designated email address and responding reasonably to requests for necessary information.
A person requesting the Free Funding Notification service may receive communications about potentially relevant opportunities. Such notifications do not guarantee eligibility or funding.
15. Intellectual Property and Client Materials
The Client retains ownership of materials and information the Client provides, subject to the rights reasonably necessary for inimeG Solutions and its service providers to process those materials to provide the requested service.
Upon payment, the Client may use Client-specific deliverables prepared for the Client for the intended business or application purpose, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.
inimeG Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, templates, systems, processes, software, automation, prompts, research methods, know-how, and other intellectual property that was not created exclusively as a Client-specific deliverable.
16. Acceptable Use
Clients may not use inimeG Solutions services to knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information or to impersonate another person or organization.
We may decline, suspend, or terminate work when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, security concerns, material misrepresentation, or requests outside the lawful scope of our services.
Any resulting refund rights will be determined under the Refund & Cancellation Policy, any applicable written agreement, and applicable law.
17. Confidentiality and Data Handling
Information provided through our website or services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, one-time authentication codes, government-portal credentials, online banking credentials, complete bank-account information, full payment-card information, government identification documents, security-question answers, or similar highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms or email.
If a funding process requires especially sensitive information, inimeG Solutions may instruct the Client to enter that information directly into the applicable secure government, financial, or third-party system.
18. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided on an “as is” basis, and we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
This disclaimer does not eliminate our express obligations to provide the purchased service, honor applicable delivery and refund commitments, or correct substantiated material failures as described in these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided based on the information reasonably available at the time the work is performed.
inimeG Solutions does not warrant that third-party funding programs will remain available, that third-party websites or systems will remain operational, that an application will be accepted by a third-party portal, or that any funding organization will reach a particular decision.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, inimeG Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the services, third-party funding decisions, missed funding awards, third-party systems, or Client-provided information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of inimeG Solutions arising from a particular purchased service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client to inimeG Solutions for that particular service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
20. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing a legal proceeding arising from these Terms or a purchased service, each party agrees to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
A party may initiate informal resolution by providing written notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution.
The parties will have 30 calendar days after receipt of that notice to discuss a possible resolution in good faith.
This process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent or time-sensitive legal relief, pursuing a matter in small claims court, or exercising any right that cannot lawfully be delayed or restricted.
Nothing in this section requires a Client to forgo a lawful payment dispute or chargeback right.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or the services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Davis County, Utah.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal protection or jurisdictional right that cannot lawfully be waived.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as our services, technology, pricing, business practices, or legal requirements change.
The version applicable to a purchase will generally be the version in effect when the purchase was made, unless a later change is required by law or the parties otherwise agree.
23. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, the applicable service description, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Funding & AI Disclaimer, and any separate written agreement applicable to the purchased service constitute the agreement concerning that service.
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
