Purchase Policies

Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Effective Date: September 30, 2026 | Revised: October 14, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased from inimeG Solutions LLC (“inimeG Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The 24-Hour Rule A Client may cancel a purchased service within 24 consecutive hours from the original time of purchase and receive a full refund of the amount paid for that service. Additional refund rights may apply when we cannot accept or perform an order, delivery is materially late, or an agreed deliverable cannot be corrected.

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Period

A Client may request cancellation of a purchased service within 24 consecutive hours from the original time of purchase.

The 24-hour period is measured in consecutive elapsed hours and includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours.

Example: If a service is purchased at 3:00 PM on Friday, the 24-hour cancellation period ends at 3:00 PM on Saturday.

A cancellation request received within the applicable 24-hour period qualifies for a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.

2. When the 24-Hour Period Begins

The cancellation period begins at the original time of purchase recorded for the transaction.

It does not begin when the Client completes an intake form, provides documents, responds to a request for information, receives a receipt, opens an email, accesses an intake page, or otherwise begins interacting with the purchased service.

The original transaction timestamp will ordinarily be used to determine when the 24-hour period begins and ends.

Separate timing rules apply. The cancellation period begins at purchase. The service delivery period begins only after order acceptance and receipt of all reasonably required intake information, using the business-day scheduling rules in the Terms of Service.

3. Corrected, Additional, or Incomplete Information

The Client is responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of the Client’s knowledge.

If information submitted by the Client is incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, unclear, or insufficient to perform the purchased service, inimeG Solutions may request clarification, corrections, additional information, or supporting materials.

Providing corrected, additional, supplemental, or replacement information does not restart, pause, or extend the 24-hour cancellation period.

Performance or delivery may be delayed when information reasonably necessary to perform the service has not been provided. Incomplete intake is also addressed in Section 7A.

4. Work May Begin Immediately

inimeG Solutions uses artificial intelligence, automation, research systems, software, and human review to provide its services. Research, analysis, organization, preparation, drafting, verification, workflow processing, or other service activities may begin shortly after a purchase is received.

The existence of the 24-hour cancellation period does not require inimeG Solutions to delay beginning work for 24 hours.

Work beginning during the 24-hour cancellation period does not shorten the Client’s cancellation period or eliminate the Client’s right to a full refund for a timely cancellation request.

5. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If inimeG Solutions receives a valid cancellation request within 24 consecutive hours of the original purchase time, the Client will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.

This applies even if automated processing, research, analysis, preparation, or human work has already begun.

Once a valid cancellation is processed, inimeG Solutions may stop further work on the cancelled service.

6. After the 24-Hour Cancellation Period

After 24 consecutive hours from the original purchase time, the ordinary cancellation period has expired. Payments are non-refundable except as provided in Sections 7, 7A, 7B, and 11, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

Expiration of the cancellation period does not eliminate the Client’s right to receive the services included in the purchased scope, provided the Client supplies the information reasonably necessary for us to perform the service.

If reasonably required information remains incomplete, performance may be placed on hold. The incomplete-intake procedure in Section 7A will apply.

7. Orders We Cannot Accept or Perform; Late Delivery; Billing Errors

7.1 Orders We Cannot Accept or Perform

If, after reviewing the Client’s intake information, we decline the order or determine that the requested work falls outside the purchased service, we will notify the Client by email and refund the full amount paid for that service, regardless of when that determination is made.

We will initiate the refund within five (5) business days after notifying the Client.

7.2 Late Delivery

If initial deliverables for an accepted order are not sent within five (5) business days after the published delivery target for that service, the Client may cancel the unperformed service by written request and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

This specific late-delivery cancellation right ends once the initial deliverables have been sent.

It does not apply where the delay results from missing, inaccurate, or incomplete information supplied by the Client, or from the Client’s delayed response to a request from inimeG Solutions.

Initial deliverables must contain substantive work included in the purchased initial scope. An empty file, inaccessible document, or placeholder notice alone does not constitute substantive delivery.

If we anticipate a delay, we will notify the Client and provide a revised estimated delivery date when reasonably possible. A revised estimate does not remove the Client’s rights under this section unless an applicable written agreement establishes an authorized extension, subject to applicable law.

7.3 Billing Errors

Contact us about any suspected billing error, duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, incorrect amount, or other payment-processing issue.

We will review the reported issue using available transaction records and correct any error we confirm.

7.4 Rights That Cannot Be Waived

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot lawfully be limited or waived under applicable law.

7.5 Separate Agreements

A separate written agreement for a particular service may establish different cancellation or refund terms. If so, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict, subject to applicable law.

7A. Incomplete Intake

The service delivery period begins only after we accept the order and receive all reasonably required intake information.

If we have not received that information within thirty (30) calendar days after purchase, we will send the Client at least one reminder by email.

If the information remains incomplete ten (10) calendar days after that reminder, we may close the order.

Full refund for closed incomplete-intake orders If we close an order under this section, we will refund the full amount paid for that service, even if preliminary work has begun. We will notify the Client by email and initiate the refund within five (5) business days after the closure notice.

Closing an order does not prevent the Client from purchasing a new service later. A new purchase is a separate transaction subject to the policies in effect at that time.

7B. Discretionary Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in circumstances not otherwise requiring a refund under this policy.

Any such discretionary refund is a courtesy, does not waive or modify these terms, and does not create an obligation to provide the same or similar treatment in another circumstance.

This provision does not reduce any refund or other remedy required by contract or applicable law.

8. How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, the Client should contact inimeG Solutions using the contact information below.

The request should include enough information for us to identify the transaction, such as:

  • The Client’s name;
  • The email address used for purchase;
  • The service purchased;
  • An order reference, if available; and
  • A clear statement requesting cancellation.

Protect your sensitive information: Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, one-time authentication codes, government-portal credentials, online banking credentials, complete bank-account information, full payment-card information, government identification documents, security-question answers, or similar highly sensitive information when requesting cancellation.

Actual receipt time controls. Cancellation eligibility is determined by when the request is received relative to the original purchase timestamp, not by when inimeG Solutions later reviews or responds. A request received during evenings, weekends, holidays, or other non-business hours is timely if received within the applicable cancellation period. Business hours affect when we ordinarily respond, not whether a request is timely.

For a written record, Clients may email their cancellation request to info@inimegsolutions.com. We recommend retaining a copy of the sent request.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the payment method or payment processor associated with the original transaction when reasonably practicable.

Where this policy specifies a refund-initiation deadline, we will initiate the approved refund within that period.

Refund-initiation deadlines measured in business days use the business-day and business-hours definitions in the Terms of Service.

After inimeG Solutions initiates an approved refund, the time required for the refund to appear in the Client’s account may depend on the payment processor, financial institution, card issuer, or other third party involved in processing the transaction.

inimeG Solutions does not control processing times imposed by those third parties.

We may communicate refund determinations and processing status using the email address associated with the purchase.

10. Service-Specific Scope and Timing Definitions

Cancellation of one purchased service does not automatically cancel another separately purchased service unless the Client clearly requests cancellation of that separate service and the request otherwise qualifies under the applicable cancellation terms.

Additional services, expanded scopes, or separately agreed work may have their own purchase timestamps and applicable written terms.

10.1 Initial Delivery Targets

The published initial delivery targets for the following services are:

  • Funding Match ($49): five (5) business days.
  • Grant Support ($149): ten (10) business days.
  • Application Support ($499): fourteen (14) business days.

These targets are calculated after order acceptance and receipt of complete reasonably required intake information, as described in the Terms of Service.

10.2 Business Days and Business Hours

Business days and business hours have the meaning stated in the Terms of Service.

For clarity, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Standard business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time, observing daylight saving time where applicable.

For acceptance and delivery scheduling, complete intake received outside business hours enters the processing schedule at 9:00 AM on the next business day. The first full business day following order acceptance and complete intake is Day 1.

A deadline measured in business days expires at 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the final business day.

10.3 Elapsed-Time Periods

The 24-hour cancellation period and 72-hour included revision request window are measured in consecutive elapsed hours. They include evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours.

Business-day processing conventions do not change the actual timestamp of a purchase, cancellation request, revision request, defect report, or electronic delivery.

Other services may have separate published delivery terms or written agreements.

11. Funding Decisions, Revisions, and Defective Deliverables

A refund is not available merely because a Client is determined not to qualify for a particular funding opportunity, chooses not to pursue an identified opportunity, does not receive funding, receives less funding than requested, or receives an unfavorable decision from a funding organization.

inimeG Solutions provides research, analysis, preparation assistance, and related business-support services. Funding and award decisions are made by independent funding organizations.

11.1 Included Clarifications and Revisions

The following client-requested clarification or revision opportunity is included in each purchased service:

  • Funding Match ($49): One consolidated clarification request concerning the delivered Funding Match report.
  • Grant Support ($149): One consolidated revision round concerning deliverables included in the purchased Grant Support scope.
  • Application Support ($499): One consolidated revision round concerning application materials included in the purchased scope.

To use an included clarification or revision, the Client must submit consolidated written feedback within 72 consecutive hours after the actual electronic delivery timestamp.

The 72-hour period runs continuously through evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Example: If deliverables are sent at 4:00 PM on Friday, the included revision request window ends at 4:00 PM on Monday.

The period begins when deliverables are actually sent or made accessible, not when a delivery email is drafted or scheduled.

Clarifications and revisions are limited to the original purchased scope. They do not include additional funding opportunities, new research, new applications, unrelated work, or other expanded services.

11.2 Material Defect Reporting

A Client may report a suspected material defect in a delivered item within thirty (30) calendar days after the actual electronic delivery timestamp.

The written report should identify the affected deliverable and explain how it materially fails to match the purchased service description.

The 30-calendar-day defect-reporting period is separate from the 72-hour included revision request window.

The defect-reporting process is intended to address missing, inaccessible, materially incomplete, or materially nonconforming deliverables. It does not provide additional revision rounds, expanded research, additional opportunities, or new services.

11.3 Correction and Refund Remedy

We will review reported material defects and, where a material failure is substantiated and can reasonably be corrected, provide an appropriate correction within the purchased scope.

Correction first; full refund if uncorrectable. If we cannot correct a substantiated material failure to provide the agreed deliverable, we will refund the full amount paid for the affected purchased service.

We will communicate the proposed correction or refund resolution to the Client in writing.

The ordinary 30-calendar-day reporting procedure does not eliminate or shorten any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law.

A difference in professional judgment, an unfavorable funding outcome, or dissatisfaction with a result that was not guaranteed does not, by itself, establish a material failure to provide the agreed service.

12. Changes to This Policy

inimeG Solutions may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as our services, technology, payment systems, or business practices change.

The policy applicable to a purchase will generally be the version in effect when the purchase was made, unless a later change is required by law or the parties otherwise agree in writing.

13. Related Policies

This policy should be reviewed together with:

Delivery, revision, and defect-reporting provisions

Service acceptance, published delivery targets, electronic delivery, included revisions, and the distinction between business-day and elapsed-time deadlines are also addressed in the Terms of Service.

The 72-hour included revision request window and the 30-calendar-day material defect reporting procedure are separate from the 24-hour purchase cancellation period.

None of these procedures limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
