A free notification is not a Funding Match report, eligibility determination, grant review, application service, or guarantee that the recipient qualifies for or will receive funding.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
inimeG Solutions may use artificial intelligence, automated tools, software systems, databases, and other technology to assist with research, analysis, organization, drafting, workflow automation, opportunity identification, and service delivery.
Information provided by clients or prospective clients may therefore be processed using technology tools or service providers that assist us in performing the applicable business purpose or requested service.
We seek to limit the information provided to third-party systems to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable business purpose.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
When you enter payment-card information through a Stripe-hosted checkout page or another authorized payment processor, the payment information is provided directly to that payment processor and is subject to its privacy and security practices.
inimeG Solutions may receive and maintain transaction information associated with a purchase, such as your name, email address, service purchased, payment status, transaction identifier, transaction date, transaction time, and transaction amount.

We may also send business or marketing communications where permitted. You may request that we stop sending non-essential marketing communications by contacting us or using an available unsubscribe method.

These providers may process information on our behalf in connection with services such as website hosting, payment processing, email, document storage, automation, artificial intelligence, security, analytics, and other business operations.
The privacy and security practices of third-party providers are also governed by their own agreements, policies, and applicable law.
13. Disclosure to Funding Organizations
inimeG Solutions does not submit or disclose client or prospective-client information to a funding organization merely because we have researched that organization, identified one of its opportunities, or sent a funding notification concerning that opportunity.
Client information may be provided to a funding organization when the client authorizes or directs that disclosure, when it is reasonably necessary to perform an agreed service, or when otherwise permitted or required by law.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving application information before final submission unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

- Full payment-card information;
- Government identification documents;
- Security-question answers; or
- Similar highly sensitive information or credentials that could provide access to an account.
If a funding process requires especially sensitive information, we may instruct the client to enter that information directly into the applicable secure government, financial, or third-party system rather than providing it to inimeG Solutions.
15. Data Retention
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services or information, maintain business and transaction records, manage funding-notification requests, resolve disputes, protect our legal rights, maintain appropriate records of work performed, and satisfy applicable legal or operational requirements.
This may include retaining the original information supplied by a client or prospective client together with later corrections, supplemental information, communications, transaction records, and other information reasonably necessary to maintain an accurate record of the interaction or engagement.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the service performed, contractual requirements, legal obligations, and legitimate business needs.

- Confirm whether we maintain certain personal information;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete certain information;
- Provide information about how certain information is used; or
- Stop certain non-essential communications.
Some information may need to be retained for legal, contractual, security, transaction-record, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
We may take reasonable steps to verify a request before acting on it.
18. Children
Our services are intended for businesses, entrepreneurs, organizations, and adults seeking business-related services.
We do not knowingly design our services for children or knowingly solicit personal information from children for the purpose of providing our business funding and automation services.
19. Third-Party Websites
Our website and services may contain links to government websites, funding organizations, payment processors, social-media platforms, software tools, or other third-party websites.
We do not control the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites. Information you provide directly to another organization is governed by that organization’s policies and practices.
